Looking for freelance plugin developer (Monthly paycheck)

I am Alagesia from the Football Craft Network, and as the title may tell, we are looking for a freelance plugin developer. This person is expected to update and fix bugs on existing plugins. If the developer wishes to use his own custom plugins (which might be easier to update) this is allowed, but we do not pay extra for this.
