Looking for a friendly server.

Howdy guys, Ive been looking for a friendly survival server for a while now (Its hard to find a good one) I'm very picky that might be why lol.

- Preferably without Towny (But its not a big deal)
- NO griefing or raiding.. As a builder I do not like my buildings getting fudged up.
- No lag.
- No hundreds of people online at the same time. (Which also causes lag if the server machine isnt powerfull enough)

Any ideas for poor little me?
