~Looking For A Fun Server~

Hello everyone =)
Me and my friends are looking for a server to play on together, we are hoping that some of you can recommend some server to use [Through msg in PMC]
Type of server we are looking for :
Red - Must not have
Green - Must have
Blue - Fun to have but not a must to have
Survival
Plugins
Whitelisted server
Have OP so we can do /back and /GM C if needed [Will not do anything that will hurt the server, u can report us here/mojang if we do anything to the server <-- proof]
A server owner that is experienced
Too much players
Too little players
Msg me in PMC for the server info, IP, why should we join .etc
