Other information: I run my own server, work on it day by day, slowly building it up to be a very good server. I think this server has potential with more staff to work on it. I am also extremely mature for my age, and will not abuse powers whatsoever. I understand the consequences of these actions, and do not want to get banned from this server.

What makes me better or different than the next guy is the fact that i am honest,trustworthy, and reliable. If i am given a job i wont rest untill the task it completed, also i dont come up short, i dont do stuff just to get by, i do it to the best of my ability. I am very experienced in being apart of staff, I have great experience dealing with any and all situations that come my way, I have very good experience in the installation/maintenance of plugins, I know permissions like the back of my back of my hand. I have had a recent interest of coding and editing also. I consider my self to be a excellent builder!! When it comes to spawns or custom game-mode maps, im your guy, i work very well in groups for building as well, im
very good with world edit and voxel sniper. If a player questions my ability of being staff I don't get mad or abuse my abilities to prove my self, I am always calm and clear minded when handling any situations so I can give the appropriate punishment. I don't take anything personal. I very much enjoy helping players. I love this server and its amazing potential and would love to help it grow more and make it a fun and enjoyable environment for all it's players.

Yes i do, I am a moderator on a multi server network. I was also a admin on a old faction server, it was closed because they couldn't meet the monthly payment on their host .
Are you currently staff on another server?
Yes, I am a moderator on a multi server network.
If you see someone raiding a base, what do you do? I get them to tpa me there so I can spectate the raid or take part in it <3, raiding is legal and fun.
How should you try to gather evidence for punishing someone?
I would take screenshots or record a video, I would also test what ever they are being charged with, for example: if they are using No Knockback hack I would watch when he/she fights someone else to see if its true, and if that isn't enough evidence I would throw a few snowballs at them to see if there was Knockback. This is just a example.
What are the first five rules?
1. Respect all players, including staff.
2. No exploiting, bug abusing, hacking or cheating.
3. No accusations of people hacking.
4. No glitching (beside bases)
5. No asking for ranks, items, permissons.
Can you punish someone based on your own set of rules?
No, I can only execute a punishment if the plays does not follow the official rules of the server set by the owners, if I have a legitimate concern and would like to give a suggestion for a rule to the owners, I would do so.
Can you use powers for your own personal gain?
No that is considered abuse, something I have never done and don't plan on doing
If someone uses caps, spam, or advertises, what should you do?
If a player uses excessive caps i would ask them to stop and only use them where they are needed, if said player continues I would mute them for a certain amount of time (that I see fit according to their past record). If they spam I would give them one brief warning if they continue they would be muted, after mute if continued I would Kick. I take advertising very seriously, it is probably the worst way to abuse chat, I would warn then kick, if continued after rejoin I would temp ban them and immediately discus the situation with staff above me and/or the owners, to see if we should keep the ban temporary and give them one more chance or perm ban.
Have you ever been banned? If so why? How long?
Yes I have been, I was ban from an old faction server for X-ray, at that time I was young and thought that if I didn't use a mod to X-ray and just used a texture pack instead that it was ok, I soon found out that there was no difference and was ban. I went to forums and made an appeal, since I was known and had a clean record besides this accident, I was temp ban for a week instead, I have learned my lesson about hacking and don't count on doing it again.

Experience:I have ran my owner server it was just a server for friends though, I have been staff on about 8 servers and have set up the whole ranks system on two, and Have been Co-owner on 2 really good servers, Head Admin on 3, Admin on 5 mod on 2, Trial mod on 1, and head mod on 1 but overall if i get staff on your server it would make my day because your server exceeds the rest

I obey ever rank higher than me always and anytime if not to do this I will be honest to the owner that I have done so and prepare for a punishment (I will probably not disrespect anyone) , I also take both sides of a story before I take action. I get along with almost everyone even if they have made a bad first impression on me. Well thank you for reading this I hope you consider me to be apart of the staff on your server.

What makes you better than the rest:I have been playing minecraft for 2 years I know every single bukkit command there is inside out I have been using bukkit since 1.7 beta and I know almost every single plugin command also I have helped many people this is fun because you know that you have helped someone today.
How do you resolve issues: First of all I will take both sides of the 'story' and listen to both of the players When people are fighting it can be a tough situation it varies between the extreme swearer's and the one's that love to annoy staff in these situations I will remind them of the rules and teleport them to spawn, to continue this action they will be muted to exceed this kicked and/or banned
Experience:I have ran my owner server it was just a server for friends though, I have been staff on about 8 servers and have set up the whole ranks system on two, and Have been Co-owner on 2 really good servers, Head Admin on 3, Admin on 5 mod on 2, Trial mod on 1, and head mod on 1 but overall if i get staff on your server it would make my day because your server exceeds the rest
Why you want this rank?:I want to find a server where everyone is really nice and I can know that i'm helping out everyone on the server whenever I can but, also having fun like building, pvp, raiding.
Will you abuse powers: No I have been asked this alot and some people would have trust issues with promoting me but i just say why would I still be on your server, why would i be helping people right now if i was gonna cause chaos and why would i treat everyone with respect these are thing i do on every server i join if i fail to do one of these i will try to undo my action and be honest about it,but power abusing is one thing I will never do if i got admin on a server why would you want to abuse when you got lucky enough to get the postion on a great and friendly server there is no reason to abuse and I always hate people that do abuse, if i did which i will never do i would be honest because lying gets you no where I can be on every day almost.
