Looking for Head admin

IMPORTANT READ ALL OF THIS POST: Hey my name is Abolishus me and a mate are making a server called Realm of Cathradel, we are in the planning and building stages but we need some head admins, if you want to be head admin tell me WHY, YOUR EXPERIENCE and WHY CAN I TRUST YOU.
