Looking for help/partner

Hello!! My name is Justin! A couple friends and I are trying to build a small community from the ground up. We are in the building stages for our discord and server. We want to make it an economy/survival server. This server runs spigot and is a hybrid of bedrock and java. I am the benefactor in all this and I know my way around Minecraft plugins, setting up permissions, and server configurations pretty well but I’m also looking for a partner that is experienced with these things to help me with setting things up.
