Why You Should Trust Me: I've made a LOT of servers', but I always find that the staff aren't up to my standard/aren't good enough. I'm looking for someone who wants to start at the bottom! I'll do everything from finding staff, to transforming your dream server into a reality.
How Much Time will I put in: Up to 12hrs a day.
What's the ratios: Donations will be split up evenly. The host will get 40%, I'll get 40% and the other 20% Could go back into the server, to help out even more!

can't you pay for it yourself? all server owners pay for their own severs, and if someone wanted a server, they would make it themselves,(tutorial?) not make one then give it to you.
you should be paying them to hold you a server

People can LEARN. I did, and there are plenty of tutorials out there. Just go on YouTube. It's fairly simple to make a server, configure it, and code it.
Why would someone pay to host YOU a server, when they can pay to host themselves a server?
People have done it before. This is really for all the people who don't have a clue how to do it, but really want it done. You'd be surprised at the amount of people who don't know where to start. This was made purely to help someone out, and as always there's a small amount of people who decide to butcher all of the good intentions.
Because they might not know HOW to make one.
