I'm looking for a job on one of your servers as an admin

Skills: I'm good at redstone devices and simple structures using worldedit and I'm good with plugins. I am good at NORMAL building too without worldedit.
Rules: My rules are that I will never op anyone or spawn stuff for anyone unless someone gets killed by a hacker. I will BAN every hacker and griefer if I have proof.
I hope you guys consider adding me as an admin. Also (before you say it) I'm not desperate I'm just willing to help owners and other people on the server.
