Looking for a minecraft server development team!
As the title suggests i'm looking to make a development team. there is NO pay for this, it is all voluntary. After the server is created, you will have a staff rank for
helping on development.
If you are wondering what experience I have, I play minecraft since 1.2.5 and have been into helping in servers since then. I started my own server 3 weeks ago and it has an average of 15 players and works perfectly.
My intentions:
I want to make something BIG that would take us months to develop. Maybe the server could end up as good as hypixel's. This is why we need some very special people to develop.
The requirements:
* Age 13+ <-- for maturity reasons
* Played MC for over 1 year.
* Good attitude
* Must have experience with developing (Depends on what you are helping with)
* Must have skype and be willing to use voice chat.
Available roles:
Building:
Spawn
Lobbies
Maps for minigames
Configuration:
Plugin configuration
Plugin creation
Permission debugging
We will be working on my server to start, this will take place in my current server. If you are only able to help with configuration, you can add me and I will notify you when the building is all done and then you take place in helping.
I will be helping with everything.

I don't like the fact that you're measuring maturity based on a age, a number. You're kinda putting a age group into a stereotype. You can have age restrictions, but just don't imply that everyone under 13 is immature.
