Looking for Co-Owner!!!
Hey everyone. I'm looking for a new Co-owner for our server. We are a factions server called "Depths of Hades." Many friendly players are always online (But we do get those bad players.) Well anyway, Our server just recently lost our Co-Owner because that particular person hasn't been on for a long time with no reason. We are severely upset for doing this but we need another person to help run the server. Here is what we need YOU to do if you want to apply, First you must fill out this application (IT doesn't matter if it's through messages or a comment just fill one out), Then you must answer all questions. The questions with "*" at the beginning . Please be honest because you don't want to be a liar on your first application would you? Yall always get views when theres a rank involved. Why can't servers that need the rest of the starting boost to get players regularly (We can't get 10 daily,not yet,hopefully soon). It would help if small servers with potential could get help from bigger servers.

What does being a "Co-Owner" Mean in your own words?
Well, Being a co-owner means you have loads of responsibility, you hae to help out the other staff, finding errors and exploits on the server to patch up. Seeking if there is any leap holes in the server economy. Basicly you are the owners Right- Hand. Also as a co-owner you could help set up events and such
How would you handle certain situations?(Hints hints look on the server rules) (Such as average things that would happen on a server, make up some situations):
Spamming: I would at first warn the player, I give 2 warnings then a mute for 10 minutes "Isch" After a second spam i would mute he/she for half an hour, depending on my mood lel. A third time i will temporarily ban the player to prevent further spamming.
Advertising: Insta-Ban, No advertising should be allowed what so ever on any server.
Usage of a hacked or modded client: Insta-Ban if i have proof. Such clients is a nono.
What do you know about plugins and the console?
Pretty much everything as i used to own my own server.
Do you have any experience about faction servers?
Yes i do. I had my own server that was a drug/survival/faction server. Had it running for 2 years
How can you help with our server?
I could help with building if needed. I could also help by being active whitch looks good and gives the server abetter reputation.
Will you be willing to spend a few hours a day (At least) Managing the server?
I could probaly spend up to 10 hours a day, if not more
What could you add to improve server quality?
A Non-Foul language, A nice guy with a good sense of humor and a lot of fun.

Well in my Opinion being a "Co-Owner" means you have to have a good understanding of plugins, permissions, commands, people skills etc. Being a "Co-Owner" also means that you have to be mature and calm but also can be childish at times when joking around!

1) Found a player hacking? 1st offence Give them a Warning, 2nd offence temp ban, 3rd offence permanent ban
2) Found a Spammer? 1st Offence warning, 2nd Offence mute, 3rd offence Temp Ban, 4th Offence Permanent Ban!
3) Found someone being racist/sexist? 1st Offence warning, 2nd Offence Mute, 3rd Offence Temp Ban, 4th Offence Permanent Ban!
