I skimmed through quite alot of them, but none of them seemed to be worth putting effort into. I had finally then re-read this one, and I fully re-read the jig of wanting a co-owner. I noticed how much full effort was put into this page, and how much you are in need. Not so much are you desperate at all, but you want someone with common sense, knowledge in server managing, and someone you can trust with the server. The reason I am looking for applications to fill out, is that I need something that I can put my mind on, yet has a purpose. The only time I will mention this is now, but I manage a server of my own, and another server of two famous youtubers. The reason I mention, is because I feel i'm not appreciated by anyone there for all the work I have done. Hours upon hours of work put into that server and not yet one thank-you. This is a server I believe can shoot up in a matter of time and effort, and I would gladly help out. The amount of respect you show in only the questions you have for our applications and explanation in why you need a co-owner, is incredible to me. Once I can find out what needs to be done, I can make myself a check-list on what to do untill all is fulfilled. At the moment it is a Faction server, so first I will help on that. I do request we get a Prison server some time after factions is fully done, though. (:

Once I can identify the issue, I will fix it accordingly. If It is an issue with lag, I can check the Timings, and the lag/TPS command to check it out more. if it is an issue with something general like worldedit / worldguard, accordingly I can fix it up with simple commands. Check region flags, make them, etc.
♣ [i]Players needing help:[/i] I will ask them exactly what they need help with, and I will help with whatever is needed. If I can't get exactly what they need, I can work around it and get them near the satisfaction they need.
♣ [i]Players cheating/ fighting etc:[/i] I will check out a cheating issue (in vanish) what is the issue, ask a few witnesses, and go see for myself with what time I have. I will study accordingly and take appropriate action. If we have bungee and BatAdminTools or similar, I will use whatever punishment system we have at the moment to stop the cheating/ glitching/ hacking. If players are arguing, I will see what the problem is by reading the fight, and tell them what is right in my opinion. I'm really good with talking and sorting out fights, so I will be able to accordingly talk to them to stop the fight. Rather or not I have to do it privately to both players at once, I will stop the fight. I get very emotional, honestly, and people usually start to listen to me when I stop fights.

For example, /help will take you to a section where you can click on signs that show you exactly how to do things. Not to mention, I am bi-lingual. I'm Latina, and can speak English and Spanish.

I will tell the staff member exactly what they're doing wrong, and tell them what will happen exactly if they keep doing that, and/or don't stop immediately. Usually, I will tell the staff member privately and not in front of a crowd, but if they are not listening to me, I will do it in front of people. Sometimes, it's for the best. If nothing absolutely works, I will inform you with exact explanation on what happened, what I want done, and why it is not happening.(or why I think it's not happening.)

Will you be able to spend multiple hours a day creating the server? I typically spend anywhere from 4-16 hours a day on a server.

Any specific talents in game? I love building spawns (you can see some of my work in progress builds on my profile). And I love building large spawns (my typical builds are 100-200 blocks in length). I enjoy detailing things. I don't like it to look flat (meaning modern is a challenge for me) but I love giving new build styles a try.

How creative are you? About everything I do in game and in real life are creative. For example I make music in real life which means coming up with melodies, putting all the pieces together (I think of it more like a jigsaw puzzle). Building in minecraft is also a very creative task as each build needs to be at least slightly different than the last or if you are working for different servers they will require different styles and different builds. Also, I used to write novels for fun. Finally I design and build websites for a living (well I will once I finish my last year of college)... Another jigsaw-like task with all the elements. Plus the programming is somewhat analytical so you sort of have to develop both sides of the brain to be very talented at web design/development.

How good are you with commands and the console?: Honestly, I really haven't had the chance to really play with the console part but I figure it'd be pretty easy for me with my background in web development. As for commands I usually can pick them up immediately as I typically make myself a cheat sheet of commands I will need on a day to day basis to help me out until I have done them a few times and have them memorized.

Will you be relaxed while talking with me? I am 22 years old... Do you think a 22 year old will freak out at much and can stay relaxed? But yes I feel that I can stay relaxed and if I feel that I need to step away for even an hour just to chill out I would say so to make sure the situation didn't explode into something much worse.

Will you be an open person towards me?: In general I am a bit reserved in the beginning. I am shy more than anything. But once I get to know you you can expect me to really blossom and start coming up with new ideas, gameplay styles, and in general allow you to get to know me more. And I know this about myself from experience having to make new friends all the time, talking to new music producers to possibly collaborate with, actual work in real life, etc.

What made you interested in helping the server out? Honestly, I've been looking for awhile for a professional server to help out with in some form or another that wouldn't just make me a low ranked position. Plus I've honestly wanted to start learning the server side aspect as I dream of owning/co-owning a minecraft server. I already have piles of new gameplay types that probably need custom plugins, but you may be interested. Also, I'm really trying to find a new internet home for myself. All my prior internet friends have sorta stopped talking to me and a new home/community would probably help me out a ton.

If you are given Co-Owner what do you think you'll be doing? Well I'd be learning console, plugins, and other backend stuff given the opportunity and time. I'd probably be helping out with hiring more staff in the future. Help out or completely build spawn/hub and anything else that needs building in game. I'd be doing a lot of everything. Writing documents to give to staff perhaps, dealing punishments as needed on the server once it opens... List goes on of things that I could be doing. Advertising, web development to name a few more things I may be helping out with. How I see it, co-owner/owner postions are like a full time job plus some time. Given I got this position I expect to be working on the server every waking hour I can, spending a few hours at night working on music, and finally a few hours of rest just in time to repeat the whole thing the next day, including weekends.

From console errors, bugs, glitches, to players needing help, fighting, cheating, etc. Give me examples: In the beginning I may not know what to do with console errors/bugs/glitches, but there is a resource called the internet that you can look up errors/bugs/glitches in order to figure out how to fix it. I may not be the fastest at fixing problems but majority of the time I'm sure I could find a solution after digging around.

As for players needing help I would probably see what they needed help with and if it is something small, possibly redstone related, or making infinite cobble or something I could try to explain how to do it/make it work, but I personally don't like owners/co-owners that spawn in items as that is unfair to everyone else on the server.

If there is fighting between two players, two equal ranked staff members, or a player and staff I'd step in to try to mediate the situation. If it is two players in private messages I'd probably not step in unless there is harassment or something very serious going on as people need to have freedom of speech somewhere. But to go into more detail assuming I feel the need to step in, I'd make sure both people understood I would be listening to both sides of the issue but they need to explain to me one at a time with as much information about the situation. Once I heard both sides of the argument I may visit the logs (if it necessary) just to double check on the issue and what happened (just to make sure there aren't any lies and obvious solutions). Then I'd make my decision as to how to proceed whether it be making sure a transfer of an item occurred (or use the plugin that allows the staff member to look at a player's inventory and add/remove items as needed), or simply apologizing. If one player broke the rules and said they didn't I would apply the appropriate punishment for the rule they broke. If it is someone hacking and saying they didn't (say like a pvp hacker) I may give them an ultimatum of pvp the player again, assuring the player that all the items would be replaced if they died) or accept a temporary/permanent ban (depending on what we decided upon for that type of issue).

If a player is cheating in some form or another and there is evidence of that I'd just apply the appropriate punishment immediately and screen capture everything so if they came back/to the forums to say I didn't do my job properly I have proof that my actions were correct for the situation and I wasn't abusing my powers in any way.

If a staff member is abusing their powers I would instantly go and demote them and fix any issues that came out of the abuse (say unbanning people [assuming their time is up] that got permanently banned instead of temporary banned, despawning items that they spawned in, etc).

Not everyone knows how to play minecraft.): I have dealt with, and continue to deal with a variety of people in my day to day life. If I need to step away for a few minutes I will in order to stay calm. When I am a staff member on a server (or even playing in many cases) I treat it as if it is a real life job. I stay as calm and professional as possible no matter what the circumstances are. When situations are dealt with I may just need to step away for a few minutes to clear my head and not overwhelm myself (just depends on the seriousness of the situation). And I totally understand if other staff need to do the same thing in order to stay calm and professional. Everyone has their own way of dealing with tough situations, and for me it is just doing something different (even just getting up to go to the bathroom) for a few minutes to relax. This only happens in the most severe cases though. If it is less severe I may find somewhere to set up a few blocks of parkour (if necessary and there aren't any natural parkour jumps around) to get out any frustration and anger I have built up.

I guess I answered more about how I deal with things instead of answering the question though. I believe I am good with people and I try to listen to them before I even consider responding. I have dealt with a lot in my real life life to help me advise people and help them out. If I could understand theories a bit better and accept the fact that we don't have the answers to everything I would have gone into psychology - the counseling field but after a few classes I was basically lost so I switched to something more analytical (web development). So yes, I believe I can handle people and all their situations pretty well.

(From exploiting things, cheating, playing unfair, etc): I would punish them the same way we punish players for doing things wrong. Staff are not above the "law" and they need to understand that. If it was something small that they did wrong (like issue the wrong punishment) I'd just go and fix the mistake and talk to the staff member alone to make sure they understand what they did was wrong and that it can't happen again (basically make sure they are learning from their mistakes). Everyone makes mistakes for first time on something small is no big deal. If it is something larger say exploiting things, cheating, playing unfair, etc I would issue a demotion as they just proved they cannot be trusted. I might also issue the normal punishment to the staff member as well (just depends if it was a "staff only" command or if players could do that too). If it is staff only a demotion would probably be enough because they wouldn't be able to do it again after that, but if it was something like xray or the like to play unfair (and players could do it too) I'd issue the same punishment as a player as well to make sure they understand that is never allowed, even as a staff member. I'd also probably talk with the other staff members after the situation has been dealt with to use them as an example and make sure they understand that they aren't above the law as well. I may finally check logs of the recent past (or go invisible and watch staff for a bit) to make sure none others are also doing something wrong.

But don't be immature about it..): I am a pretty versatile person with building skills, web development skills, music making skills (if youtube videos are in the consideration pile). I have a level head given my age and many unique ideas if you are so interested in those. I have experience with a variety of different situations from real life in and outside of the workplace. I have never had more than a warning as a player before (and that was because they changed the rules without letting anyone know so I wasn't the only one who got warned). I hope you seriously consider me as I have a lot to prove and give to a server. Might also add that when I get on a server they become family to me. I check in with other players/staff to make sure everything is going well. I give up ideas to owners all the time to try and help the server out as much as I can based off experience or what I see is working by other servers at the time. As I said earlier, a server basically becomes my full time job and I will match, if not do better, than the hours you put in and the energy you put in. Cheers and I hope you have a brilliant day.

I will not help out if the player is asking for items, in-game money etc
Are you good with people?:Yes I Am, if they are new to minecraft or just had it for a month or so and they are moaning that they got killed in PvP and want there stuff back i'll negotiate with them to tell them its Person vs Person and your not meant to get or items back

On a case of players cheating I already know what to do {temp ban for a day, then if it happens again for a week, and then a perm ban.} if two people are fighting in chat ill warn them by /msg them, and if they don't stop ill must them.
