Looking for partner.

Im looking for someone who would be prepared to build and maintain a server with me. I have run a few RP servers but no one is ever commited so maybe we could make a Rp city server. Example , people are given land and we live as a community. People have jobs that support each other. The usual. It would also be better if you could host the server due to the fact that I am based in south america and my upload rate wont surpass 0.7mb/s.
