I am in search of a plugin coder that will help design some custom plugins for my server!
I have many ideas, mainly two really good game ideas that i need a coder to help make a reality.

one of my simpler plugins is kind of like spleef, can you do that?
What is spleef?
its the game where there is snow on the bottom and you have shovels and you run around and try to break the snow under the opponent and make them fall

Well I could make chat filters. I can make one where you can charge the players a certain amount of server economy to change the time/weather. I could make ones where they have to type a secret code on a sign and get fed. I could make anything along these lines. Anything sound interesting
are you able to make like a plugin that will give a certain potion effect boost in a certain area?
Maybe not in a certain area but maybe after they type a command or click a button or place a sign or something
