Looking for a plugin developer. Will pay.

I'm looking if anyone could make me a fairly simple plugin. I'd like to basically have two whitelists. I want to be able to add all the players who have joined already to my whitelist, but I would like to use a command to switch between whitelists for server maintenance.

Bonus points if you could generate the whitelist with all previous players from the essentials userdata folder.
