Looking For Plugin Developers For A New Prison Server

I am looking for a/some plugin developers for a new prison server i am making, they will need some java knowledge and be able to make a plugin that can take money from iconomy or vault and rank them up, etc. Anyone that is accepted and makes a plugin that we use will recieve [Plugineer] Status on the server once it is up and will recieve a few privileges and tweaks they can use, the sort of commands they would recieve would probably be the same as admin but without /ban and /gm, Also anyone that is accepted for [Plugineer] Status will also be reviewed for [Admin/Plugineer] Status if we feel they are worthy.
