Looking for Plugin Devs, Config Devs, Admins , Mods and Builders For new and upcoming server [hosting etc paid for]

First things first a little bit about me,

I am a 16 year old student from scotland, I have recently moved to ireland,
I have ran and developed many game servers in the past. Some of which include,
Arma 2 Epoch, Overpoch and origins, Arma 3, Gmod DarkRP, Minecraft (factions,prison,kitpvp)
and i am also currently running a CSGO Community Comp Server!



Now for what this thread is about,
I am looking for a team oh highly skilled developers,builders,moderators and admins.
We will be working together and running an AWESOME! minecraft server,
I have the resources and time for this. All i need is a few helping hands.

My Resources
I have a domain paid for and linked to the dedicated box.I have a dedicated server with 32GB of ram, 500GB HDD,
1tb/s download and upload and 1gb/s network port.
Currently i am only running a small minecraft server i was testing stuff out
on, a csgo server and a teamspeak server.

Requirements:
A microphone
teamspeak
14 years old or over (proof might be asked for if you seem younger)
Ability to be online atleast 5 hours a day.
Some kind of past experience and ability to show me what you've done before.
