Looking for a plugin manager to help me out, im going to make a brand new server!

Earlier experience as a staff (also add ip): Everything I have worked on was 150 people+ but has gone down within the past 2 years. I have been working (a real job) for a while and I haven't been on.
Why should we pick exactly you?: I am experienced in handling large servers/crowds, the ability to pay attention to chat and monitor player activity/past chat history. I am experienced in almost all major plugin codes and problems, I also have the knowledge and know how on how to hunt down bugs and fix them. I've worked along side some of the most knowledgeable admin I have ever met to make servers thrive and expand. From creating new areas and amusements for players to setting up server celebrations and parties on the server.

Programming skills(1-10)(experience): 10. I have worked with Group Manager, PEX, Denizens, Essential Commands/Perms, Mob Arena, Factions, and more.

Describe yourself: I am a 19 year old who is knowledgeable about the trade. I work a day job so my availability would jump around a little, though I'd be able to provide a schedule so we can work around it. I have made things from complicated redstone locks, to world engulfing mob arenas. I have worked to make a questing server based off Denizens and a PVP server based off factions. I am not here to screw around, I am here to program and moderate.
Anything else to say:
I have worked on many servers with large fan bases and through my experience I have gained the knowledge of not only managing crowds but listening to what they have to say about where we can improve the server. Along side this I have learned permissions and plugin management. I've worked with plugins as simple as world edit and as complicated as making a full working quest line with Denizens. At the moment I am not dedicated to any one server but I am looking for a home to settle down in. I don't mind what kind of server as long as you keep me busy and listen to what I have to say.
I am not looking to be a dedicated builder as much as I am a Mod and Plugins manager. Along side my duties I would enjoy finding new plugins the server might benefit from and optimizing old plugin code so that it runs faster, smoother, and can be read more easily in case I am not able to be around during a problem. If I was put on staff I would like a phone number to contact the Head Admin or Owner by in case they were not around and something needed to get done or I needed access to something. This would also come in handy in me updating my schedule with them.
I currently work a day job as a cashier at a local grocery store. While my hours fluctuate I can always provide my schedule a couple days in advance so that the Owner and Head Admin will know when I can be on and how many hours I will be putting in that week. I do not believe in donating to a server to maintain my position on staff. This is simply because I am donating my time as is and if I do not deserve the position I should not be able to maintain it.
