Looking for Plugin Manager!

Hello i am one of the owners of a new server that will be starting up soon called Royal Factions and it has custom enchants and more! To finish the server we need people who can configure the configs of the plugins we need. these are the most important things we need done

- Essentials Kits
-Essentials Group manager Ranks/Permissions

I know almost all i want in the group manager ranks and kits and i know the permissions i want i just need someone to configure the configs
