Looking for a plugin manager to set up plugins.

Hello, we are currently looking for a person hat is able to set up plugins for our server. Examples: Featherboard, EZRanksPro, MineResetLite, etc.

I am familiar with "EZRanksLite" as it was the first version before "EZRanksPRO" came out alongside with mineresetlite. I have done some research into "featherboard" and I can give that a go as well.
