[_$_] Looking for a potential Web Dev Employees [_$_]

Let me give you some background:
I am a 22 year old Male, future engineer, avid guitar player, and owner of my own business.

My Minecraft experience:
Owner of currently 2 servers.
Previous owner of plenty more in my 4 years in playing
Developer of over 5 current servers
I do not hold any admin or mod positions as I am more suited to work on the back end

My Business Experience:
I have my own business that services IRL medical clinics and Doctors offices with IT, and website design. I have recently decided to spread that service to Minecraft as well and already have a few clients.

What that means is there is extra workload and since there are only 3 employees of my business that means I am going to be needing to take on more employees.
I am seeking talented Web Developers

This is a job that you can get paid for. (I do not think I can talk any more details about this, but I am freely available to contact regarding this matter)

Requirements:

For you to qualify to take on a position such as this, you will need to have a few website languages under your belt.
You will need:

• Strong knowledge of HTML
• Strong Knowledge of CSS
• Understanding of how PHP works
• Understanding of Javascript

I do not mind if you are a bit rusty, as deadlines are set well in advance and you will have plenty of time.

Other requirements: (Minecraft)

• At least 14 years of age (MATURE).


• Understanding that not every minecraft client will be a paid job, you may receive steam games, ranks, or alternate payment for services rendered to Minecraft Clients


• You must have experience working with Enjin


• You must be able to dedicate some time to your assignments.


• You must be able to show at least 1 example of prior work.

Other requirements: (IRL, clinics, Offices, and other businesses)
Note: These types of clients are considered High Profile by my business, they will be paying a LOT of money to ensure the quality of service they will be receiving.

• At least 18 years of age to assist with IRL clients


• Understanding that ALL IRL clients are paid jobs, and professionalism is to be expected at all times regarding this as well as good management of deadlines.


• Authority to sign a HIPAA agreement, which means you can be legally trusted to NOT share details about ANY of the patients for any of the clinics or offices that I serve.


• YOU MUST, have working knowledge of APACHE servers and/or have a test server that you can show your work with.


• Ability to show at least 3 examples of prior work.
