!Looking for Projects to Build!

Hello fellow Planetminecrafters! I am back after a long break, due to school and other activities. Now, I am here to build, with my very own Minecraft server! I have been practicing over the long break, so my building skills are still as sharp as usual, but now, I charge for projects! Do not worry, the prices are cheap and affordable, and are appropriate for the size of the structure(s) I am creating for you.
This is how the process would work:
My client messages me on here or Skype (bryan.madewell) and explains to me the product they want made for them.
I read what my client wants, and we meet on a price that fits both of our needs.
I build the product, and send my client photos, or invite him or her onto my server of what I have made, for two reasons. Proof that I have build the structure, and to make sure that the structure is the way they wanted it built. Then, the client sends me money via PayPal, and I send the client the world file over Skype as a .zip file. We are all happy then!
