Looking for quick custom plugin

Hi!

Could anyone please make a quick plugin for my server that just makes the enderdragon respawn upon death so i don't have to respawn it all the time?

Or send me a plugin link if there already is one that does this, i can't find one that does.

Edit: Would be great if the crystals also respawned.
