Looking for a raid server...

Me and my friends are looking for a survival/PVP/raid server with the following traits.

No Factions
Chest protection minimal or none
Stealing allowed
Not Hardcore
No "Drugs"
No Mods (tekkit, buildcraft, etc)
Minimal/no lag.
Ender pearl teleporting not disabled

That is all. We are not looking for staff positions, we just need a new server to have fun in.
