Looking for Server

Hello there. I'm looking for a faction pvp server that is fun and not extremely overcrowded. I'm tired of the big name servers with 50-150 people on all the time. The chat is always flooded, and it's not even fun. I also am tired of joining these servers with outrageous donator perks such as spawning endermen and getting new fully enchanted diamond sets every day. I'm looking for a server which includes....
-Factions
-PvP
-Base griefing
-No chest lock
-small community (10-30 people)
-No outrageous donator perks
-Most of all: I'm looking for a small community server where I can have fun. I don't want to join a server flooded with mini games and tons of people. I want a simple server where you start on your own making a faction and warring with other factions.
