Looking for a server

Alright its that time again to find a new server, unfortunately being one of the veteran minecraft players I miss the beta days, the good memories, the cookies update, all that jazz. Ever since minecraft got really popular to me the quality of servers has gone down significantly, I dont want to play on some 500 slot server thats so modded its not minecraft anymore, and I want staff to do more than just say welcome when you join, I want them to participate in the community and such. I ran my own servers for a bit.

Both where prime examples of what I liked, however they didnt work out as I didnt have the funds. Heres a list of qualities Im looking for:
Friendly active staff
Factions or Towny (preferable towny)
pvp and raiding
active nice community, I dont want a server with 100 one man factions who dont talk to each other, but I also prefer not to big (10 or less medium factions is about ideal to me)
Iconomy
Optional but good things:
mob areana
chestshop
server shop
limited world size (10000x10000 or less)

I'm HeadAdmin at a Server called JumanjiCraft. I hope we are the right server for you. JumanjiCraft is a towny survival server which means that you can have the best of both worlds.
In our non-pvp areas you can have the security of keeping your builds safe within one of our many towns, or by using our protection stone system.
Or in our pvp areas, called the Wilderness, players can pvp, or grief any unprotected areas, if you are a fan of that sort of thing! We have also set up a fun game called jball which is a fun pvp snowballing game where you inventories are saved!
Our server also gives people the opportunity to become staff if you wish to be so. We are always looking for kind and helpful players to add to our team! We are currently hiring, as shown here: jumanjicraft-server-hiring-staff-t253548.html
Lastly JumanjiCraft has a really nice community, friendly players and staff, and a secure economy. We do weekly contests, including a Building contest that you might be interested in!
