Try my server of Coalition Of Righteous Navigators, or CORN for short. We are a 1.9 PR v5 Vanilla White-listing Survival server without ANY Bukkit.
It is brand new and we take people in rapidly. An application is required and we do have Pvp, but it is not looked upon well.
