Looking for a server

Hi, I am a 17 year old competitive gamer. I have been on a quite a lot of different Minecraft servers, but every time there was always something wrong with it. Immature admins/mods, abusive admins/mods, kids hosting the server with a crappy upload speed, too many plugins, poor anticheat protection, and the list goes on. I am looking for a server hosted on a dedicated server with good upload speed. No, I don't want to join a server with 100+ players, I prefer being in a small community (2 - 20 active players) with a mature server owner who doesn't give away mod and ownership as if it was worth nothing. I would have hosted my own server if it wasn't for the crappy upload speed in Norway.

Yes I know a sticky here said threads like these are NOT allowed but this forum section says "FIND and Share Minecraft Servers".
