Looking for a Server :D

Okay,so I'm server-less [xD] and looking for a good,quality free-build server to play on,as long as it has permissions,essentials,lockette and world-edit-it's good to go.

Please tell me the IP and if there are requirements,and what I need to do to get on the whitelist[if there is one].

I'd love to be an op/mod/admin but of course that is entirely up to you.
