LOOKING FOR SERVER CO-ADMIN/PLUGIN MANAGER
I'm looking to set up a minecraft community and need someone to help manage the server. I run mildly popular youtube channel and have a girlfriend so that takes up about 90% of my free time. You must have experience running bukkit. You are mature. I need someone I can rely on.

-manage/configure bukkit plugins(chosen by me) through an FTP (you must have previous experience with both)
-play with us on the server, are good with aesthetics, and are a creative builder
-use ventrilo to communicate with us
-are active(we play mainly towards the end of the day and are in the central timezone)
-moderate users that don't follow rules(set by me)
-have extensive knowledge setting up multiple plugins such as...
* permissions
* worldedit
* worldguard/some sort of protection
* spout
* dynmap
* others...
