Looking for a server to build on

Hi my IGN is thacreepa and I'm looking for a nice, fun server where I can get creative or maybe even mod? I'm a good architect and I really want people to see my creations. I would prefer if the server isn't over crowded, and not much griefing. Maybe it could have anti-grief plugins?
