Looking for server coder

Hello.
I own Skylandkits.com. We have had two coders in the past and are currently looking for a new one. We have a custom coded kit plugin, and we are looking for a coder to add kits and make other miscellaneous plugins.
It helps if you have proof of experience and a mature attitude!
