Looking for Server Creater.

Hello, im looking for someone to make a good server. I want it to have "MoveCraft","Auto Chest Restock", Shops,"Cannons","Economy",and have a world to loot chests that restock 1-3 hours! If you can make this please tell me and base it of this server : 198.15.112.10
