I have recently begun my own server, and I'm looking for help running it and helping me learn the basics of server operation. I would prefer people that are working adults who are willing to dedicate their time to making a great server community.
I am very new to running a server, and still have a lot to learn about plugins. However, I am a talented builder with a lot of time to dedicate.
This will be an aesthetic based survival server. Basically, I would like to create a community of very talented builders for survival and large team builds. Eventually, I would like to create a dungeon/raiding/RPG aspect to the server.
As of now the plugins I have installed, aside from the basics (worldedit, worldguard, voxelsniper, admincmd, etc.), is MCMMO.
Like I said, I am very new to this and I'm looking for some help to basically get a server started from the ground up. I already have 90% of a large spawn city built, and about 4-6 people ready to start building/helping.
