Hi, so you know that when you use ngrok, that it only has that ip as long as it is online, right? You could find an online server hosting thing, there are plenty of free ones, and then plot all the files there and run it.
The only other viable free server host shuts down every 15 minutes with no players and requires a renewal every hour.
There are few to no free ones worth an actual server on; money needs to be spent or a local host created to be effective.

No, i mean like free server space online, similiar to google drive, but it is a server instead of like a well, drive.
That's possible, but somewhat unreliable.
