My group of staff members and I are trying to establish a server. We need someone to run, put in plugins, and repair the server whenever it is need of repair since we aren’t very familiar with running a MC server. As said before, we already have awaiting a server!
Here are some requirements:
The selection process will be based on the information provided below and, afterward, talking to the current staff. Ideally we are looking for older teens or adults with experience. Good candidates who are not chosen for the position of Head Admin may be offered other staff positions, but if being declined will make you upset, please don’t bother applying.

Lol you guys are sad.. Make your own server, find your own plugins.. Host your OWN server.
People CAN'T you know.
If they aren't willing to learn how to do it, they shouldn't own a server.
Learning isnt a problem. We dont have funds to make one ourselves.

- Previous MINECRAFT and leadership experience Owned a server, (didn't really get big but I did all plugins and permissions). Co-Owned multiple servers, been Head-Admin on one, (controlled over other admins, helping with permissions and plugins, etc).
- Reason for applying Haven't really had any luck with finding good servers and am hoping this one will change all that. I have alot of plugin and command experience and can help others with a majority of their issues or requests.
