Looking for a Server to Host My Amazing Server Idea

I am currently looking for a server to host one of my fantastic server ideas. My idea is to create a custom Capture the Flag Minigame featuring:
Different kinds of weapons (swords, guns, magic),
Rank upgrades
Automatic selection of teams
Much more.

Question, are you Preston, the owner of prpvp? If so, why not just host it on pure realms?
No, sorry, this is a different Pure Realms PVP
You don't really have much build and just a foundation of an idea down. There are already CTF games out there and no server would host something to the public if there was no plugin to accompany it. This would have to be custom made by a developer and CTF maps take a lot of work. If you have a really origional idea then explain what you mean.
