Looking for server staff!

Hello everyone, before replying, please read the ENTIRE post, as there are some requirements. For those that are just looking for a rank without any prior knowledge or experience, you will find no luck here. I have recently started a new Minecraft server on 1.5.2, it is a faction server, however it also serves those looking for a free-build experience. PvP is only available to those who choose to join factions. I am looking to several people (no more than about twelve or so) to moderate and administrate this server. The requirements are as follows:
To be a moderator, you must:
-Know almost everything about most major plugins
- Be able to use WorldEdit without screwing up
- Know your way around LogBlock
- Be comfortable with PEX
- Present yourself in a professional way. Anyone saying anything along the lines of "i can haz mod" get the hammer.
To be an admin, you must:
- Be EXTREMELY experienced with server administration (preferably to have owned or administrated a server previously)
- Know pretty much everything about what goes into managing a server
