Hey there, I am the Owner of Inferno Minecraft (Haribo98 is my Username).
I am looking for a Team of Staff, capable of doing some tasks for me.

How you can help: well i am very well accustomed to server problems and display a great attitude towards a lot of players. I can control people nicely without creating any bad impressions or problems of some sort. I'm also great with plugins.
Past Experience: (Links would be nice) All i did was own my own server for a whole 2 years. I wasnt mod 10 times or admins 20 times becuase that just means the servers suck and died due to something you could've prevented. I was owner of my server and stayed owner, any servers that run under me, stay up.

How I can help: While what I have a special talent for is helping people who are new to the server and/or minecraft, but I also love helping everyone regardless of skill. I hate griefing, I have experienced first hand the effects of losing a piece of work that took lots of time to make to one person, and I will do everything, everything in my power not only to stop it, but to help those affected by it. In addition, I am an extremely mature and rarely ever (yet to) lose my temper at anyone. Also, I take criticism and orders very well and will always gove 110% of my effort into anything those of a higher position ask that I do. One thing I would like to add is that I can be on at least once a day for quite a while at a time usually. I understand the importance of a strong staff and will never cease to do my best to make the server the best it can be. I would truly love a position on your server and I hope you take me into consideration. Thank you for your time and consideration. Also I have never been banned for any reason, ever.
Past experience: I will be completely honest here. I was mod on 3 servers in the past, that are now gone, and I regret to tell you that I have no links to it, and I was promoted to admin on 2 of those servers.

How you can help:
For staff: I have been staff on many servers and have always been loyal to the servers i was staff on but all have overtime shut down. But when they were alive i was nice to everyone and helped them as much as i could, when i was online i would always ask if a player needed help.
When it came to hacking or griefing, someone would report it to me I would follow the player suspected in spy mode and wait to see if the report was true. If the report was true I would confront the player and decided depending the damage done (Grief) weather to ban or temp ban him, with a hacker I would instantly ban them from the server.
If I am accepted i will do the same on your server.
For Builder:
Over time I have acquired skills which have helped me to build some structures on servers which have always stayed unless the world was lost. I can build structures to a large scale but they take some time. When asked by a fellow builder on the server I am always glad to let them help me with the project.

My builds are proffesional, although I work on my own schedule and I work alone, I can give people projects and a list in a Skype group or a PM and the location that they need to be done in, I have been given the opportunity of being a Head Builder on every server I go and build for, although I decline as I do not like to give people orders to be done on a deadline as I don't want to be treated like that.

These are four pieces of very old work, I have nothing very recent as I haven't been building much I have been doing some World Painter maps and also doing lore and other features for my own server.

My brother once had a very popular server but we had griefers and hackers and ever since then I have hated them more than anything on minecraft.
I feel the same way, but that still doesn't show me what you personally can do.

Please can you give some more detail on what you can actually do. I mean "I hate griefers and hackers so would like to help keep them away." tells me nothing, I know a lot of people who've said that before and turned out to be a hacker themselves.
