Looking for a Server that need staff and help!?!?!

When are you able to come on too the server: During the weekend and also Fridays after school, going back too school, I was home school for a long time.
What are you good at: Making sure every staff/player is enjoying life and making sure no one cheats. not really good with plugins at all.
I'm just looking for a server that just needs any help or looking for staff members. I don't prefer to join factions because factions server tend too shut down quick (in my opinion) but if you really need help or need staff members, I'm glad too join or help.
