Looking for a server to work for!

Hello!
My name is Molly. I have been playing minecraft for about 4-5 years and i have decided to start looking for a job as staff on a server. I have no experience in working on a server but i am keen to learn. I have learnt a few World Edit commands. I am 13 years old (turning 14 in May) and i home school which means i have lots of time to be on the server. I am very creative and enjoy building but i am definitely not the best at it! Everyone say's i am very mature for my age. If i was a staff member, i would speak sensibly to other players and be extremely respectful towards everyone. I don't mind what position i get but i do watch a lot of catching hackers videos so i might be good at that! I can record videos for a youtube channel if needed and i love to help people if they don't know what to do or are lost. The reason i want to be a part of a server is because watching the server grow and get bigger and knowing that you were a part of it is amazing and also i love to help others! You can basically tell me what you want me to do for your server and i will do it! If you want to see some pictures of what i built or need more info please email or skype me! I am not looking for a paid job, i just want the experience.
