Looking for server to work for: Mod/Admin/Plugin configs

Age: 17 almost 18

Exp: I have owned three servers that lasted at the longest a year and have earned over $300 in donations (minus server costs)

Servers Moderated on: Zampocraft (Co-owner/Lead Dev) Trolololcraft (Owner) JourneyCraft (part time admin/mod)

Activity On server (1-10):7 or 8. I normally play 4+ hours on weekdays. Upwards of that on weekends.

Are you abusive?: Not intentionally, I have had a player accuse me of being abusive but that was because said players was causing issues with other players and I may of used excessive ban times. (It was his 4th offense so he got a week ban)

Are you mature?: I do believe I am.

Why should i pick you?: I have managed multiple servers and I know how to handle players that are being disrespectful and disrupting the general welfare of the server. I have also used a hacked client in the past so I know how to pick up on players that are using them. Also, when I moderate, people don't normally know I'm there until it's too late. I tend to sneak around in vanish when I get a report that something is not going correctly and I access the situation to the best of my ability. Off topic but, I've also had to hand write a permissions file when another staff member of Zampocraft tried to reformat it and put tabs instead of spaces.


I am also available to assist in situations where the player/another staff does not speak english. I can read and write English (Main language) Spanish (some minor mistakes here and there) and German (couple mistakes but people get what I'm saying)
