Looking for a Small Server 1.6.2

I'm just looking for small Minecraft Servers in 1.6.2
My Laptop can't handle Big servers, With massive spawns,
Just a small server 5-10 people on all the time.
Also if there are any Staff Spots Such as Mod/Admin.
