Looking for a small server

My IGN is Samaritans, i am a pretty experienced minecraft player. I have been on my single player for a long time. Now, time for me to get on a server. I have been to a few, they are too big or just laggy! Here, i am looking for a small server, maybe 10 or 20 people, vanilla or bukkit, i dont mind! Just want to have friendly people and chat and have fun! If you are starting a server and it's going to be 24/7, i like new servers! So reply to this, see you guys soon!
P.S i would prefer a 24/7 server and based in America, and friendly!
