Looking for a small whitelisted server to build on

HI just looking for a smallserver to help build on .I eventually want to start recording for a LB and maybe record on a server once i get the proper equipment. I don't have a mic so i dont have skype at the moment if that doesnt matter to you and yoou need someone that is a builder and likes to play then let me know.
