I am looking to join an SMP that is white listed, and doesn't really have more than 15 active players. I want to Have an area with someone, like so we can base and team with each other. I have joined public SMPs, but I lost too much. People griefing, so I am looking for a white listed one with no crazy out-of-their-mind players.

I have a relatively small SMP server. It's public but I've made it to highly encourage building and survival (personally love building myself) I use grief prevention as a plugin so that as long as you claim the land people can't touch your build or your things, they might walk in and run around but that's about it. Even though it's a public server, it's a small community, at it's peak I've never seen more than 15-ish people at a time, and that was a long time ago.
I've had the server around for a long time, so you don't have to worry about it shutting down abruptly and losing your work and stuff. I keep the server because I like building it and lately I've been building it a lot xD. It's not exactly pure vanilla or but I like to keep close to it.

I would also love to have a small active SMP, I know that other servers have all these crazy gamemodes plus SMP but I really just want good old fashioned vanilla minecraft with active people to play with. I do have a server but no one really plays/ don't have players I would be open to joining a server with you guys or you guys joining my SMP . As long as there is a nice community I will play XD.

Of course! Maybe we could start our own, but I use a laptop, so the server wouldn't be 24/7 if I started one. That's why I was looking to join one instead.
