Looking for some builders/plugins help [serious inquiries]

I'm thinking about a pvp, survival, maybe factions map...if possible or if you have a better idea let me know=]


I want to do a underwater spawn, My server name is "Sharktank" so now that you kinda know what I want to do, you the builder [or team] will have free roam on the design as long as its underwater in a "Tank" all I ask is that you add a area for some enchants[low-high] maybe a shop area with clickable signs?, some teleports to different areas[i have an idea how i want to do this]. we can skype if you want to, i already payed for the server and i am currently working on the website...

Here is what i am looking for:

Builder(s) or even a build team.

Some one who can do plugins, I need to protect spawn, set up a hostile mob currency, /set home / home functions, maybe even factions,/claim land, etc...

I also want to set up some donator ranks, and set some privleges for the mods and admins.If you are good at what you do, I will use you every time/month I need to use your services, like server updating, setting up a new spawn, adding permissions etc. I will be to whitelist you give you admin, full credits go out to you, your head on a wall with what you contributed to, also once some donations start to come in, I can set something up for you to get some of the profits after all the fees are covered. I am serious about this please only respond if you are serious. I will check out some of your builds/ servers you have created/helped. I will send you a msg if you were selected.
