Looking for a spawn

Hey guys. So, I am finally get a new server... It's long overdue. My old server had about 30 people a day, but unfortunately, money got tight, and I couldn't pay for it anymore. My strong suit is coding, and plugins and all that. I absolutely suck at building. I'm looking for someone kind enough that will make a new spawn for my server. If you make a super fantastic spawn, You'll be a staff on my server.

But, there are a few things I'm looking for...
1. PLEASE make it single player... I still need to set all my plugins and screw around with my server. (PS: there is WorldEdit for SP... Don't use that as an excuse )
2. My server is called 'TNTWorld' Please make it somewhat TNT themed.
3. Please have a place where I can have portals. You don't have to make the the actual portals, unless you want to. But, I just need a place where I can store a few portals. I don't exactly know how many yet.

Disclaimer: I can't promise that the spawn will stay forever. We will probably want to change the spawn about every 3-4 months... Just for some change. Keep that in mind, but of course if your'e a super amazing builder, you can build new spawns!
