Looking for special server(Read All Before Deleting Thread)

I'm new to PlanetMC, and the rules are spread out everywhere and hard to understand where to post a thread like this. If this is the wrong place, then move it to a proper place, but don't delete it.
Anyways, I'm looking for a Maze Runner server with
1. A good map and good plugins.
2.NO PAY2WIN or VOTE2WIN. I hate this stuff, even if it is just a small advantage.
3.No profanity/only original Maze Runner slang profanity
4.Little to no lag and 100% uptime.
I don't know if such a server even exists, but if it does please let me know

I just thought the maze runner was suppose to be a metaphor for something. Didn't know it was a thing on servers.
Avrona and 3b3t aren't Maze Runner servers...

It is a fully vanilla server but NOT survival or creative. Instead, it is like a hub server, but all in vanilla. There is no pay2win or vote2win. In fact, we don't even have a reel money store or votifier.

Read what the OP specifically asked for. Don't shamelessly advertise your server when you know it doesn't and never will fit the criteria...

play.dmzcraft.com -- it's pretty darn quiet but we're working hard on a new spawn in a fresh new world that has barely any lag. We've been a server for a little more than three years, and we're only on our third map -- we often have people working on mega-builds so we try to encourage that by not wiping the map too often.
We don't advertise or do vote-to-win. We do occasionally ask for donations but on our website there is a spreadsheet of all the donations and costs, you can look and see that mostly it's just me paying for it, there are no bought ranks or privileges.
It's been extra-quiet lately, but the regulars are good people, very helpful and friendly. And when people are on, it inspires the regulars to come and play, so the more people join, the more people will join, ya know?
When you first log in you'll be in the old world, hopefully in the next few hours I'll have it set up to default to the new world but if not, I'll put a warp there.
We have some excellent plugins and a bunch of command block / scoreboard-based features like an XP bank and a "lootery" where you buy keys (for emeralds, not IRL money) and use them to open the crate to get a prize. All command blocks, pretty cool. Our resident command block genius will be working his magic during the upcoming school break, so we'll have more cool stuff then!

3b3t has the best staff...And the best players at your wing to guide you if needed. They use nothing of any relation to profanity, And such..due to being a small server and highly enforced rules. Lag is a myth, Players even try their best to stop lag.
