Why you think you deserve the position: I don't want to be arrogant, so I'll keep it simple: Because you said you need staff, so here's one person.
What do you think you could do to improve the server: I can keep away any rule breakers, and keep the chat clean (i.e. keep away chat spammers, people asking for staff on the server, etc).
What past experience have you had: I was helper on a server that isn't up anymore, it was known as Live Maximum. I've also been an owner of a few servers, and was an admin of on big server, but we disbanded a 3 years ago years ago.
Additional Details: Well, I'm not a big fan of rule breakers, because they're kind of annoying. Also, I might not be on all day, possibly a few hours, because I'm building an empire on another server.
