I am opening up a new semi-vanilla bukkit 1.10 server. I am currently looking for:

I very much need help building a spawn because I am known as a "hobo hut" builder. It doesn't have to be huge, but enough to help players get started. Details will be discussed through Skype if accepted. (Yes, Skype is required.) I will also need assistance in keeping track of players and rules, advertising, and total upkeep of the server. I would like to open it soon, so I will need those who have enough time to dedicate their services for these first few weeks. If applying for builder, please include pictures of your past work if possible.

Why do you think you would be a good applicant for this position?: I believe I would be a good applicant for this position for many reasons. I can handle setting up plugins in game or in config such as plugins like Permissions Ex, Group Manager, Crates, Holograms, premium plugins, etc. I also believe I am a good applicant for this position as I always get my work done on time and make can control chat. I am nice to all people and don't pick favorites, I love to talk to people and make them laugh while having fun and not abusing.
Previous experience: I have Owned 2 of my own servers, both successful and averaged 15-25 players on at all times. Sadly, both shut down due to DDos. I
